The Happenings of My Office

Hi Everyone!

It has been incredibly busy lately and I apologize for my lack of updates.  I had a brief moment so I thought I would let you in on what has been happening.

- My office is now accepting credit cards. As always, I continue to accept cash or check.


- I am now offering a line of sugar and salt scrubs.  All of these are homemade and great for sensitive skin.


- As always I am continuing my education, not only as a requirement to maintain my license, but also so I may have additional services to offer my clients.


- I will be hosting an open house in the near future, stay tuned for details.

I have this year's race schedule determined. I may add additional races at a later date... schedule permitting.  I can be found at the following events:

- May 12th-  Big Lake Half Marathon in Alton, NH


- June 2nd and 3rd -Mooseman Triathlon at Newfound Lake, NH


- July 7th and 8th- Black Fly Race in Waterville Valley, NH


- July 20th, 21st and 22nd- Ironman Lake Placid, in Lake Placid, NY
I have never worked this race before- I cannot wait to spend time in New York.


- July 28th - MascomaMan Half Iron Distance Triathlon, in Enfield, NH


- August 18th and 19th - Timberman Sprint and Triathlon, at Lake Winnipesaukee; Ellacoya State Park in Gilford, NH


- October 14- Haunted Half in Waterville Valley, NH
(This is a brand new race, and I am really looking forward to it- I love Halloween!)

Additionally, I will be unavailable on the following days, if you would like a massage on one of these days please let me know in advance and I will try to accommodate you.

- All race days listed above.


- April 14th, from 7:00am until 5:00pm.  I will be at a continuing education class.


- April 15th, from 12:00pm until 6:00pm


- April 29th, from 12:30pm until 4:00pm - My son is turning 6! Can't believe it.


- July 13th, I will be out of the office the entire day and unable to schedule clients.

Some Office Policies You Should Be Aware Of:

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
